Today we placed the foundation for the Snakebite hub, called Snakepit. Although there are already plenty of Snakemake pipelines available out there, I feel there is no central place where the communithy could go and download ready-made, fully configured pipelines that have a very verbose output.
The output report is created in R and comes with figures and analytics that are publication ready, so many analysis workflows can run from with a few lines of configuration from raw sequencing input data until ready-to publish analysis results.
Of course, as this is currently developed just by a single person, there are limitations. Hopefully, in case the communityh finds this resource helpful, there will be more contributers to the different projects. The whole project as well as all the pipelines are fully open-source and any contribution to it is very warmly welcomed.
