Background

Pipelines were developed for the use at the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke)

The here published pipelines were developed for the use at our institute and are applied also on a regular basis for upcoming data analysis projects. Naturally, they all are actively developed, based on the project needs.

All pipelines are published under GPL-2.0 license license, so please free to clone and adjust them to your needs. Certainly you can also become active and open pull requests and contribute to the pipelines here and become an active developer. This project should be open to everyone!
